As the Director of Food and Beverage, she brings over ten years of hospitality management and consulting experience to the Rooted Brand.
Demi channels beauty as the Creative Director of Rooted.
She brings over seven years of set design and styling, and her curated tablescapes are featured in Modern Luxuries, Hamptons Magazine, and many other publications. With a keen eye for transforming spaces and 8 years of working in hospitality, Demi is an expert in creating memorable experiences.


Rooted started as a fully catered, experiential service that offers intimate multi-course dinners and curated events at your desired location or your home.
We provide a white glove, in-house experience- from set up to break down; we stylize the space with a tailored theme for each occasion, and our chef curates the menu to surprise and delight your palate.
Rooted was born in Montauk and founded by Demi Gonzalez and Stephanie Williams. Both with a hospitality and art background, this concept was to re-create a dining experience at the comforts of your own home, while maintaining a sustainable approach for sourcing all ingredients from neighboring farms and local markets.
After a year of these offerings, we are now providing these services on-site at our new brick-and-mortar location in Montauk. There you can expect a curated sensory experience that encourages engagement and authenticity in our approach, as we showcase known, underdog chefs and creative contributors from around the world.
In the accompaniment of a fresh and ever so changing four-course menu, we send guests on a journey of culinary and creative storytelling that they are yet to receive anywhere else on the east end.
